Shipping Policies

Lead time and shipping varies depending on the product. For in stock decor, we strive to ship within 48 hours of purchase, unless noted otherwise. Information for lead times will be specified in each product description. Once your order has been processed in our warehouse, we cannot make changes to the order. Domestic shipping rates are as follows:

Non-Domestic Shipping

Oversized/Fragile Shipping & Handling

Our furniture pieces are shipped White Glove via a third party carrier, this service is charged as a handling fee which varies depending on the size of the item and is stated on the product description. In addition to in-home delivery, the handling fee covers the cost of storage and packaging. Our carrier will contact you via phone to schedule a time to deliver your purchase. The carrier will deliver the furniture into your home and remove any packaging. The carrier is not permitted to move any other furniture within your home or remove any furniture from your home. It is your responsibility to inspect the furniture upon delivery and document any damages on the Bill of Lading prior to acceptance. Most damages can be easily repaired within your home, as such, we encourage customers to not refuse delivery unless there is major damage or defect. If delivery is refused due to damage, it can take up to 2-3 weeks to repair and re-deliver. If there is damage to your delivery, please notify us immediately by email at customerservice@lindyegalloway.com and we will work with you to get the furniture repaired ASAP.

Damage claims must be received within 48 hours of delivery and noted on the Bill of Lading (aka, the delivery paperwork). Furniture refused for anything other than damage (ex: Size or Buyers Remorse) will be exchanged for merchandise or store credit only. Furniture refused due to non-damage or defect related feedback will be issued a store credit as refund, less the original shipping and handling fee charges, a 20% restocking fee, and any return shipping fees.

Return Policies

One too many glasses of wine? A little too impulsive? We've been there and we get it. Luckily, The Lindye Galloway Shop accepts returns for general decor items, which include accessories and textiles (excluding rugs) within 14 days of delivery for exchange or refund. Please email customerservice@lindyegalloway.com within 14 days of delivery to request a return authorization and pre-paid shipping label. Delivery/Shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount.

Any custom orders, furniture, artwork, lighting, mirrors, vintage rugs, rug swatches, plants and sale items are final sale and not returnable

Returns due to anything other than damage or defect related feedback (ex: buyers remorse or size) for non returnable items are responsible for paying for an order’s return shipping and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Refunds for non returnable items due to anything other than damage or defect related feedback will be made available via store credit, less original shipping and handling fees, a 20% restocking fee, and any return shipping. Returns sent with postage due will be returned to sender. Please allow 3-5 business days, from the date of receipt, for us to conduct a quality control review and issue a refund. Once a refund has been issued, you will be notified via email. It usually takes 5-7 business days for the refund to post back to your account, but some banks may take longer

Returns that are damaged or not returned in their original condition will not qualify for a refund. If you choose to use your own postage rather than our pre-paid shipping label, we highly recommend that you include insurance and tracking information to ensure your return safely arrives at our warehouse. I mean, let’s be real, we’ve all seen packages get tossed like a football. Better safe than sorry, right?

Damaged or Incorrect Item Delivered

Sometimes warehouse mixups happen or the delivery truck took a turn too fast and we want a chance to make it right. Please contact customerservice@lindyegalloway.com with your issue and we’ll get it sorted out. Returns due to defects or damages must be made within 14 days of delivery.

General Decor Returns

All general decor, which include accessories and textiles (excluding rugs, see below) can be returned within 14 days of delivery for exchange or refund. Our customers are responsible for return shipping and refunds are minus original shipping costs. If the item was purchased during a free shipping promotion, refund will still be calculated less the shipping fee associated with the order.

Rug Returns

Unless otherwise noted in the product description, rugs can be returned within 14 days of delivery for exchange or refund. Our customers are responsible for return shipping and refunds are minus original shipping costs, and a 15% restocking fee. The rug must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Vintage Rugs and Rug swatches are Final Sale. Please allow 10-14 days for return of payment.

Lighting Returns

All lighting is Final Sale. If your package arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery to qualify for a return. Once lighting has been installed, it cannot be returned. Please contact customerservice@lindyegalloway.com for additional questions. Returns due to defects or damages must be made within 14 days of delivery. Returns due to anything other than damage or defect (ex: buyers remorse or size) will be made available via store credit, less original shipping and handling fees, a 20% restocking fee, and any return shipping.

Extended Holiday Return Window

If placing an order during the Holidays (November 20th through December 24th), products which qualify for a return may be returned anytime before January 15th of the following year.
